FUMC Day School Wait List Form

Please complete the following information to be added to our 2025–2026 School Year wait list. At this time all classes are full until May 21, 2026.

Wait lists are kept until May 1st each year. If a family doesn't registere during public enrollment, the student's name will be dropped from the wait list, and no further action is necessary. Interested in our 2026 Summer Enrichment Program or 2026-2027 School Year? Please join our Interest List!

By adding your child's name to the wait list, we will contact you if a vacancy occurs in your child's applicable age group during the 2025-2026 school year. A non-refundable registration fee must be received by the Day School Office to enroll your child in the program. If you refuse a spot when called, your child will remain on the wait list until May 1, 2026, at which time the wait list will be purged of all names. If you wish to register your child, you must take advantage of public registration in March 2026.
