FUMC Day School Summer Enrichment Program Wait List Form

Please complete the following information to be added to our 2026 Summer Enrichment Program wait list. At this time, the following classes are currently full and accepting wait list registrations:

• Nursery Class
• 1-Year-Old Class
• 2-Year-Old Class
• 3-Year-Old Class
• Rising Kindergarten (Students entering Kindergarten in August 2026)
• Elementary 1 (Students who completed Kindergarten or First Grade in May 2026)
• Elementary 2 (Students who completed Second, Third, or Fouth Grade in May 2026)

By adding your child's name to the wait list, we will contact you if a vacancy occurs in your child's applicable age group. A non-refundable registration fee must be received by the Day School Office to enroll your child in the program.
