FUMC Day School Wait List Form

Please complete the following information to be added to our 2026-2027 School Year wait list.

If you have questions while completing the form, please call us at 256-766-2472.

By adding your child's name to the wait list, we will contact you if a vacancy occurs in your child's applicable age group. A non-refundable registration fee must be received by the Day School Office to enroll your child in the program.
